You can request data deletion directly through our Facebook Messenger Bot by following these steps:

  1. Open Facebook Messenger
  2. Start a conversation with the Mindtek AI Bot
  3. Type "Delete my data" or "Request data deletion"
  4. The bot will guide you through the verification and confirmation process
  5. Once verified, your data will be scheduled for deletion

Method 2: Email Request

You can send an email to privacy@mindtekai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:

  • Full name
  • Facebook profile name used with our Bot
  • Approximate date when you first used our Bot
  • A statement requesting the deletion of your data

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once completed.

Visit our Contact Page on our website and submit a message with the following information:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your Facebook profile name used with our Bot
  • Approximate date when you first used our Bot
  • A clear statement requesting the deletion of your data

Our privacy team will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once completed.

Data Deletion Process

Once we receive your data deletion request, we will:

  1. Verify your identity to ensure the security of your data
  2. Locate all personal data associated with your account in our systems
  3. Delete your personal data from our active databases
  4. Ensure that your data is also removed from our backup systems within 90 days
  5. Send you a confirmation once the deletion process is complete

Data Retention Policy

Please note that we may be required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes. In such cases, we will continue to protect this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only use it for the specific purposes required by law.

Third-Party Data

Please be aware that deleting your data from our systems does not remove data from Facebook's servers. To manage your Facebook data, please visit Facebook's privacy settings or data management tools.
